  Been using a 10 x 10 storage unit here for the past two years. This place is one of the most expensive storage places in SB.
  I've complained several times about the inside lighting - when you are at your unit, sorting things, the lights switch off on a timer (they have motion sensors which turn the lights on when you walk out of the elevator on your way to your unit). The lights turn off after only 5 minutes. Absolutely frustrating when trying to access your unit and sort items.
  I asked several times for either the timer to be adjusted to 30mins, or the light sensor overridden upon request. The office manager would not do either. I asked to speak to the owner (at this point stating that I prefer to use local businesses, such as this, rather than big corporations!!), and I was told that two of the owner members have recently passed away, and the remaining member of the family doesn't want to deal with any requests. So there you have it, a company owner who doesn't give a care in the world about the business or it's customers.
  The manager at the office said she tried to talk to the owner about lighting issues and the owner 'simply didn't want to know'.
  Avoid this place.
